Job Title
Multimodality Technologist – CT / X-Ray
Location
Florence, SC | Free-Standing Emergency & Urgent Care Facility
Schedule / Job Type
Contract | Nights | 3×12-Hour Shifts, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM | Sunday–Saturday (based on facility needs) | Weekend availability required | Onsite
Key Responsibilities
- Perform CT and X-ray imaging procedures in a fast-paced free-standing emergency and urgent care setting
- Operate Siemens CT and X-ray equipment as well as GE Portable units in accordance with facility protocols
- Transition between care settings as needed during the initial phase of the assignment
- Document and chart patient imaging information using Epic EMR
- Maintain compliance with radiation safety standards; traveler must supply their own radiation badge — the facility does not provide radiation badges to travelers
- Be aware that during hurricane season (June–November), all contractors may be assigned to emergency response teams
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Multimodality Technologist (CT/X-Ray)
- Active ARRT (R)(CT) certification required
- Active SCRQSA (R)(CT) certification required
- BLS certification required
- Proficiency with Siemens CT, Siemens X-ray, and GE Portable equipment
- Must live more than 60 miles from the facility to be eligible; local candidates are not accepted
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working in an emergency or urgent care imaging environment
- Familiarity with Epic EMR charting system
