Contract | Days | 5×8-Hour Shifts | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM | No Weekends | No On-Call | 26-Week Commitment
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care within an Allergy and Immunology outpatient clinic setting
- Administer allergy and immunology injections as part of routine patient treatment protocols
- Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes using EPIC electronic health records
- Collaborate with the clinical team to deliver safe, high-quality outpatient care
- Adhere to facility scheduling expectations, including availability for 3 of 5 designated holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day)
Required Qualifications
- Active, valid California RN license or compact RN license in hand at time of submission — pending licenses are not accepted
- Minimum 1 year of outpatient nursing experience required
- Proficiency with EPIC charting system
- Must commit to a 26-week contract assignment
- 2 professional references covering at least 1 year of experience within the last 3 years required prior to start
- Must live at least 50 miles from the facility to be considered a traveler; locals within 50 miles are also accepted
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience administering allergy and/or immunology injections is highly preferred
- Prior experience in an allergy, immunology, or specialty outpatient clinic setting
- First-time travelers are welcome to apply
