Job Title
Registered Nurse – Intensive Care Unit (ICU)

Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to adult ICU patients (ages 16 and up) in a 14-bed intensive care unit
- Manage complex patient populations including sepsis, shock, DKA, AKI, vascular conditions, strokes, and patients requiring ventilator and tracheostomy care
- Operate and monitor advanced hemodynamic support devices including Impella and IABP
- Perform and support Continuous Renal Replacement Therapy (CRRT)
- Float to Progressive Care Unit (PCU) or Med/Surg as needed
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification required
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
- NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification required
- Experience with Impella, IABP, and CRRT
Preferred Experience / Skills
- CCRN certification preferred
- Prior experience in a critical care or intensive care unit setting
- Familiarity with Prismax CRRT system
