Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT)

Contract (8 Weeks) | Days | Monday – Friday | Onsite
Key Responsibilities
- Assist pharmacists in the preparation and dispensing of medications
- Process and verify prescription orders accurately and efficiently
- Maintain pharmacy inventory and restock supplies as needed
- Ensure compliance with all applicable pharmacy regulations and facility policies
- Communicate effectively with clinical staff and patients regarding medication-related needs
Required Qualifications
- Active Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) certification required
- Valid state pharmacy technician registration or licensure as required
- Ability to work Monday through Friday day shifts for the duration of an 8-week contract
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous experience in a hospital or acute care pharmacy setting
- Familiarity with pharmacy information systems and dispensing software
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
