Job Title
Certified Medical Assistant (CMA)

Schedule / Job Type
Contract (Temp-to-Hire) | Full-Time | Onsite | Monday through Friday; shifts vary between 7:45 AM–4:15 PM and 8:00 AM–4:45 PM, with one expected late shift per week of 11:45 AM–8:15 PM
Key Responsibilities
- Room patients and assist clinical staff with patient flow
- Handle patient calls in a timely and professional manner
- Book and manage patient appointments
- Complete additional duties as assigned by the practice
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 18 months of Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) experience required
- Certification from a recognized CMA credentialing program required
- Must be open to and interested in converting to a permanent staff position upon contract completion
- Must be available for onboarding training, including a 5-hour EPIC system training session and a HIPAA training module
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience with EPIC electronic health records system is a plus
- Prior experience in a primary care or outpatient clinical setting
