Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)

Contract | Days | 4 x 10-hour shifts per week, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–6:30 PM with a 30-minute lunch | No weekend or holiday requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient speech language pathology services to a pediatric population, treating approximately 9 patients per day
- Address a variety of diagnoses including developmental delays, cerebral palsy, autism, Down syndrome, and hydrocephalus
- Maintain a full caseload following an initial orientation period of approximately one week with limited cases
- Work within a collaborative, outpatient-only setting — no floating to inpatient required
- Follow a block schedule and adhere to business casual dress code with closed-toed shoes
Required Qualifications
- Master’s or Doctorate degree in Speech Language Pathology
- Active state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist
- BLS certification required
- Minimum of 1 year of pediatric SLP experience
- Outpatient SLP experience required
- Must live at least 50 miles from the facility to be eligible
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working with diagnoses such as CP, autism spectrum disorder, and Down syndrome
- Ability to adapt quickly and manage a full caseload in a fast-paced outpatient environment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills suited for a collaborative team setting
