RN – Dialysis

Schedule / Job Type
Contract | Days | 4–5 days per week, Sundays off | Variable shifts, generally starting at 5:30 AM; some days may run mid-morning to late afternoon depending on patient treatment needs
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to dialysis patients in a clinical setting
- Administer and monitor dialysis treatments, adjusting as needed based on patient response
- Adapt to variable daily schedules to accommodate additional patient treatments as they arise
- Collaborate with the care team to ensure safe and effective patient outcomes
Required Qualifications
- Active Massachusetts RN License required
- Current BLS certification required
- Experience in dialysis nursing
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience in an outpatient or acute dialysis setting
- Ability to manage a variable schedule and adapt to fluctuating patient volumes
