Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care and assistance with activities of daily living in a long-term care/skilled nursing environment
- Monitor and report changes in patient condition to nursing staff
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and repositioning of residents
- Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with facility policies
- Must wear a photo ID/badge at all times while on assignment
Required Qualifications
- Active Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) licensure in the state of New Hampshire
- Must present a valid state or federal issued photo identification upon arrival at the facility
- Must have completed the original or updated COVID-19 vaccine series, or present a documented religious and/or medical exemption from employer
- Additional COVID-19 doses must be obtained where required by law
- Availability to work every weekend is required
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility setting
- Ability to commit to a 9-week contract with reliable attendance
- Strong communication and teamwork skills in a fast-paced care environment
