Registered Nurse – Telemetry (Nights)

Key Responsibilities
- Assess the physical, psychosocial, and educational needs of each patient to inform individualized care planning
- Plan and implement nursing care based on patient and family needs, making appropriate interventions as conditions evolve
- Evaluate patient responses to nursing interventions and adjust care plans accordingly
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to maintain standards for professional nursing practice
- Direct, coordinate, and delegate activities to foster patient- and family-centered care
- Assume personal responsibility for quality patient care, patient satisfaction, and professional development
Required Qualifications
- Active Michigan RN license (LARA and Nursys verification required)
- BLS certification required
- Minimum 2 years of RN experience required
- Completion of at least 1 prior travel assignment required
- Skills checklist completed within the past year is required
- Candidates with a permanent address within 35 miles of the facility are considered local travelers and may be subject to an adjusted travel rate
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience with Paragon EMR preferred
- ACLS certification preferred
- Telemetry-specific clinical background
