Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care on a Medical/Surgical unit during night shift hours
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans
- Document patient information and care activities accurately using Cerner OneChart EHR
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure safe and effective patient outcomes
- Adhere to facility dress code, including required ceil blue scrubs
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Kansas or compact eligibility
- Current BLS certification required
- Proficiency or ability to quickly adapt to Cerner OneChart EHR system
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience in a Medical/Surgical inpatient setting
- Familiarity with Cerner OneChart documentation platform
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
