Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care under the supervision of licensed nursing staff
- Assist patients with activities of daily living including bathing, grooming, dressing, and mobility
- Monitor and report changes in patient condition to the nursing team
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient care activities
- Support a safe and comfortable environment for patients throughout the night shift
Required Qualifications
- Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Nebraska or a compact state
- Ability to pass a clinical interview prior to placement
- Ability to start within two weeks of offer or sooner
- Willingness to work night shift hours
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous experience in a facility or inpatient care setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours
