Job Title
Intensive Care Registered Nurse (ICU RN)

Contract | Night Shift | Expected 36–48 hours/week | Onsite
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver coordinated nursing care for assigned patients in an ICU setting according to established standards of care and the nursing process
- Collect and analyze patient assessment data to determine diagnoses, care issues, and measurable outcomes
- Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans, coordinating care delivery across disciplines
- Collaborate with patients, families, and the broader healthcare team to provide care in a safe, healing, and patient-centered environment
- Participate in discharge planning to ensure continuity of care and provide health education to patients and families
- Supervise and delegate appropriately to various levels of nursing staff, applying critical thinking and independent professional judgment
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice
- AHA-BLS or ARC-BLS certification required
- AHA-ACLS or ARC-ALS certification required
- AHA-PALS or ARC-PALS certification required
- National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification required
- Minimum two years of recent ICU or acute care experience
- EPIC EMR experience required
- Willingness to work holidays, with one holiday off considered upon request
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
- Prior experience in an acute care facility setting
- Strong critical thinking and clinical decision-making skills in a fast-paced ICU environment
