Contract (7 Weeks) | Days | Thursday, Friday, Saturday | Onsite
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care and assistance with activities of daily living in a long-term care / skilled nursing facility setting
- Monitor and report changes in patient condition to nursing staff
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and repositioning of residents
- Maintain valid state CNA certification and comply with all facility credentialing requirements
- Wear a facility-issued or agency photo badge and present valid state or federal issued identification upon arrival
Required Qualifications
- Active, valid state CNA certification or T-CNA status
- Must present a valid state or federal issued photo identification at the facility
- Must wear a photo badge at all times while on assignment
- Must have completed the original or updated COVID-19 vaccine series, or provide a documented religious and/or medical exemption from employer; additional doses required where mandated by law
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility environment
- Familiarity with registry or agency staffing assignments
