Travel Cath Lab Tech

Schedule / Job Type
Contract | Travel | 13-Week Assignment | Days | 4x10s | 6:30 AM – 5:00 PM | Rotating on-call including two weekends and approximately 9–12 call days per 6-week period
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in a high-volume Cath Lab/EP environment with 4 Cath/EP suites and 8 holding bays, maintaining a 3:1 staff-to-patient ratio
- Perform and assist with procedures including LHC, RHC, EP ablations, pacemakers, ICDs, cardioversions, TEEs, and tilt table tests
- Operate Philips Fluoro Systems, Mac Lab, and CardioLab EP equipment
- Support EP, Structural Heart, and Right Heart monitoring procedures
- Provide scrubbing and monitoring functions as needed throughout the procedural area
- Document patient care accurately using the Meditech EMR system
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months of current Cath Lab Tech experience
- BLS certification required
- ARRT (R) required
- RCIS or RCES required
- Candidates holding RCIS or RCES must be willing and able to apply for registration as a Fluoroscopy Operator in Colorado with DORA prior to start
Preferred Experience / Skills
- ARRT (CI) or (CV) certification preferred
- Demonstrated scrubbing and monitoring skills and experience
- Prior experience with Meditech EMR
- Experience in EP, Structural Heart, and Right Heart monitoring
