Contract (7 Weeks) | Mid Shift | Onsite
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct resident care in a long-term care / skilled nursing facility setting
- Assist residents with activities of daily living including personal hygiene, mobility, and nutrition
- Monitor and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff
- Maintain a safe and supportive environment for all residents
- Must wear a photo ID badge at all times while on assignment
Required Qualifications
- Active Vermont Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) certification required
- Must be a local candidate — locals only are eligible for this assignment
- Every other weekend availability required
- Must have reliable personal transportation
- All requested time off must be approved prior to the start of the contract
- Must have completed the original or updated COVID-19 vaccine series, or be able to present a documented religious and/or medical exemption from employer
- Must present a valid state or federal issued photo identification upon arrival at the facility
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility setting
- Familiarity with mid-shift workflows and documentation practices
