Key Responsibilities
- Assist surgical teams across a full spectrum of procedures including general elective surgeries and critical or life-saving operations
- Support specialties including orthopedics, neurosurgery, urology, GYN, endovascular/vascular, and robotic-assisted surgery
- Maintain a high standard of patient care and surgical safety throughout all procedures
- Adhere to facility attendance and conduct policies, including punctuality requirements for all scheduled shifts
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary surgical teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) experience required
- Experience in orthopedics, neurosurgery, general surgery, robotic surgery (Robot Xi), urology, GYN, and endovascular/vascular required
- BLS certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) required
- Must meet facility-wide profile standards for contract placement
- Candidates who are or have been full-time employees of the facility within the past six months are not eligible for contract placement
- Candidates with a permanent address within 35 miles of the facility are considered local travelers and may be subject to an adjusted travel rate
Preferred Experience / Skills
- ENT surgical experience preferred
- Skills checklist completed within one year of application preferred
