Key Responsibilities
- Provide respiratory therapy services to patients in a critical care environment
- Manage a high-volume patient workload efficiently and effectively
- Operate and document within the EPIC electronic health records system
- Float within the facility or to nearby sites within 40 miles as needed, based on skill set
- Adhere to established clinical protocols and standards of care
Required Qualifications
- Active Wisconsin Respiratory Therapist license required prior to start date
- PALS certification required
- Current critical care experience, or critical care experience within the last 12 months
- Demonstrated ability to manage a heavy clinical workload
- Prior travel therapy experience
Preferred Experience / Skills
- NRP certification
- Proficiency with EPIC electronic health records
- Experience floating to multiple units or facilities
