Key Responsibilities
- Float among all procedure rooms within the Interventional Radiology department, including body IR, neuro IR, CT interventional, and ultrasound interventional suites
- Provide skilled nursing care and support across a variety of interventional radiology procedures
- Fulfill an on-call requirement of two weekends (Friday–Sunday) and one weeknight per month
- Maintain patient safety and monitoring standards throughout all interventional procedures
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Current BLS certification required
- Experience in interventional radiology or special procedures nursing
- Ability to fulfill on-call obligations including weekends and weeknights as scheduled
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working in a high-volume, multi-room interventional radiology environment
- Familiarity with both body and neuro IR procedures
- Experience with CT and ultrasound-guided interventional procedures
