Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized occupational therapy treatment plans
- Implement therapeutic interventions to improve patients’ functional abilities and independence
- Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as clinically appropriate
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure coordinated patient care
- Educate patients and families on therapeutic techniques and home programs
Required Qualifications
- Active Occupational Therapist (OT) license in the state of California
- NBCOT certification required
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
- Ability to work rotating shifts as assigned
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous experience in a contract or travel therapy role
- Strong adaptability and ability to integrate quickly into new clinical environments
- Experience working across multiple care settings
