Travel RN – Case Management

Schedule / Job Type
Contract | Travel | Days | Monday–Friday with Weekend Days | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM | 16-Week Assignment
Key Responsibilities
- Provide case management services within an acute care hospital setting, managing a caseload of approximately 1:30–1:35 patients
- Utilize documentation systems including Midas, Navihealth, and Meditech for patient review and case tracking
- Coordinate care planning, discharge planning, and utilization review across the unit
- Adapt quickly to unit workflows and be expected to function productively following approximately 5 days of orientation
- Float to additional units as needed based on facility demand
Required Qualifications
- Active RN license valid in the state of Tennessee (or compact license eligibility)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in acute care case management, with prior travel experience strongly preferred
- Proficiency with Midas and Meditech documentation systems
- Demonstrated ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced hospital environment
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior travel RN experience in a hospital-based case management role
- Familiarity with Navihealth platform
- Experience working in a large acute care facility with high patient volumes
