Job Title

Lab Manager

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | 13 Weeks | Days | 4×10-hour shifts | Expected 40 hours/week

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily laboratory operations and ensure compliance with applicable standards and regulations
• Perform bench-level laboratory work as needed in addition to managerial duties
• Manage laboratory staff, workflows, and resource allocation
• Participate in one night of call coverage as required

Required Qualifications

• Relevant licensure and/or certification in laboratory services as required by applicable regulations
• Prior experience in a laboratory management or supervisory role
• Demonstrated ability to perform bench laboratory work

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience managing laboratory operations in a clinical or hospital setting
• Strong organizational and leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
