Key Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing patients and procedure rooms for cath lab procedures
- Scrub procedures and monitor and record hemodynamic pressures
- Utilize the invasive cardiology process to support patient preparation and procedural workflow
- Address health educational needs for patients, families, and other healthcare providers
- Manage patient care assignments and other organizational tasks related to patient and unit operations
- Apply knowledge of growth and development in patient interactions
Required Qualifications
- Minimum two years of experience in a healthcare setting
- Active BLS certification required
- One of the following certifications required: RCIS, ARRT(VI), or RTRCI
Preferred Experience / Skills
- High School diploma or GED preferred
