Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) – Long Term Care

Location

Hoxie, KS | Long Term Care

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Days | 5:45 AM – 6:15 PM, 3 days per week | 12-Week Assignment

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to residents in a Long Term Care setting
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
• Monitor and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff
• Support a safe and comfortable environment for residents in accordance with facility policies
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to meet individualized resident care needs

Required Qualifications

• Active listing on the Kansas Nurse Aide Registry (KDADS)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) required
• Prior experience in a Long Term Care or Skilled Nursing Facility setting
• Ability to begin assignment promptly; candidates who can clear and start quickly are strongly preferred

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with geriatric or long-term care populations
• Ability to work independently and as part of a care team in a fast-paced environment
