Key Responsibilities
- Provide Advanced Life Support (ALS) care to patients during ambulance transport
- Operate as part of a hospital-based EMS team deployed to ambulance transport services
- Assess, treat, and monitor patients in pre-hospital and transport settings
- Maintain compliance with all applicable protocols, certifications, and state licensure requirements
Required Qualifications
- NREMT-P (National Registry EMT-Paramedic) certification required
- Active Oklahoma Paramedic License required
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification required
- PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) certification required
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required
- Emergency Vehicle Operations Course (EVOC) certification required
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience in ALS transport or hospital-based EMS services
- Strong patient assessment and critical thinking skills in pre-hospital environments
