Job Title

Registered Nurse (RN) – Medical Surgical

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care on a Medical Surgical unit with a day shift nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:4
• Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes using Epic EMR
• Float to Telemetry unit on a rotating basis as needed
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure safe and effective patient outcomes

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license valid in the state of Washington (or compact eligibility)
• Epic EMR experience required
• Ability to float to Telemetry unit in rotation

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior computer-based clinical documentation experience
• Experience in a Medical Surgical or Telemetry setting
