Registered Nurse – ICU (Neuro)

Contract | Days | 3×12-Hour Shifts (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM) | Every Other Weekend / Every Other Holiday | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a Neuro ICU setting, with the expectation of floating between ICU and PCU based on unit needs.
• Float among up to five designated hospital locations within your skillset based on staffing requirements.
• Complete and pass a Dysrhythmia exam within 72 hours of contract signing (two attempts allowed; must be completed on a PC — not an iOS device).
• Complete all required orientation modules, which are billable and tracked via transcripts.
• Complete pre-employment labs within 48 hours of contract signing.
• Adhere to all facility compliance requirements, including being clean shaven for fit testing prior to working on the unit.

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license — New Jersey or Compact state license required; must be active and verified via Nursys within 2 weeks of submission (pending licenses not accepted).
• Minimum of 2 years of Neuro ICU experience, with recent experience within the last 12 months.
• Active ACLS and BLS certifications requiredMust be willing and able to float among multiple designated hospital facilities based on staffing needs.
• Candidates must be submitted individually — travel pairs are not accepted.
• Candidates residing within 50 miles of the primary facility are subject to the local pay rate.
