Job Title
Intensive Care Registered Nurse (ICU RN)

Contract | Night Shift | Expected 36–48 hours/week | Onsite
Key Responsibilities
- Collect and analyze patient assessment data to determine diagnoses, care issues, and develop individualized care plans
- Implement care plans, coordinate care delivery, and employ strategies to promote patient health and a safe environment
- Evaluate patient progress toward outcomes and identify adjustments needed to meet patient or situational goals
- Collaborate with patients, families, and the interdisciplinary healthcare team to deliver care in a safe, healing, and patient-centered environment
- Provide health education and information directly to patients, families, and the treatment team; participate in discharge planning to ensure continuity of care
- Supervise and delegate appropriately to various levels of assigned nursing staff, coordinating duties across the healthcare team
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor — required
- Minimum of two years of recent ICU or acute care nursing experience
- Epic EMR experience — required
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
- Prior experience in a Magnet-designated facility
- Strong critical thinking, professional discretion, and independent clinical judgment in an intensive care setting
