Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Nights | 12-Hour Shifts (6:00 PM – 6:30 AM) | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a long-term care / skilled nursing facility setting during overnight shifts
• Administer medications, treatments, and nursing interventions in accordance with the plan of care
• Monitor and document patient status, reporting changes to the supervising RN or physician as appropriate
• Participate in every-other-weekend rotation as part of the standard schedule
• Participate in every-other-holiday rotation as part of the standard schedule

Required Qualifications

• Active LPN or LVN license valid in the state of Nebraska
• Experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility setting
• Ability to work 12-hour overnight shifts (6:00 PM – 6:30 AM)
• Must reside at least 80 miles from the facility to be eligible for standard contract rates

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior travel or contract nursing experience
• Familiarity with LTC/SNF documentation and care planning processes
• Strong communication and adaptability skills in a fast-paced care environment
