Contract | 13-Week Travel Assignment | Days | 6:30 AM – 7:00 PM | Expected Start: October 2026
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) for assigned patients under the direct supervision of an RN or LPN
- Monitor and document intake and output, vital signs, height, and weight
- Perform glucose testing as directed and within scope of practice
- Carry out delegated nursing tasks with reasonable skill and safety, adhering to prevailing standards of practice in the nursing community
- Support the care team in delivering quality patient care within a Med/Surg hospital setting
Required Qualifications
- Active Tennessee CNA license (must be provided at time of submission)
- BLS certification through the American Heart Association (must be provided at time of submission)
- Minimum 1 year of clinical experience as a CNA
- Ability to work 12-hour day shifts in an acute care environment
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior travel healthcare experience
- Experience in a Med/Surg hospital or acute care setting
- Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems
