Job Title

CNA – Inpatient Rehabilitation Facility (Travel)

Greenwood, IN | Acute Rehab

Schedule / Job Type

Contract (13 Weeks) | Days | 6:30 AM – 7:00 PM | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and support to individuals recovering from stroke, brain injury, neurological conditions, spinal cord injury, amputation, trauma, and orthopedic injury in an inpatient acute rehabilitation setting
• Assist patients throughout their recovery journey under the direction of licensed nursing and rehabilitation staff
• Support individualized, intensive rehabilitation programs tailored to each patient’s needs
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition to the supervising nursing team
• Maintain a safe, clean, and therapeutic environment consistent with Joint Commission and CARF accreditation standards
• Complete required facility orientation, including EPIC electronic health records training

Required Qualifications

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of Indiana or compact eligibility
• Minimum 1 year of CNA experience
• Ability to complete a 4-day facility orientation program prior to assignment start
• Proficiency or willingness to train in EPIC electronic health records system

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a Med/Surg or inpatient rehabilitation setting
• Familiarity with patient populations including stroke, neurological, or orthopedic recovery
• Previous travel contract experience
