RN Step Down / IMC / PCU

Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care on a PCU, Med/Surg, or Telemetry unit based on unit need and traveler skill set
- Monitor and assess patients requiring step-down or intermediate level of care
- Utilize EPIC EMR for accurate and timely documentation
- Float within skill set to other units or to facilities within the surrounding area as needed
Required Qualifications
- Active RN license in the state of Wisconsin or a compact license
- Minimum 2 years of experience in PCU, Med/Surg, or Telemetry in an acute care setting
- Travel nursing experience required
- Proficiency with EPIC EMR
- Ability and willingness to float onsite within skill set or to nearby sites as needed
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working across both PCU and Med/Surg/Telemetry settings
- Strong adaptability and ability to transition between unit types based on facility need
