Contract | Nights (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in both the Emergency Room and Med Surg settings during night shift hours
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for a diverse patient population
- Document patient information and care accurately using Meditech EMR
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure quality patient outcomes
- Maintain a clean and professional appearance in accordance with facility dress standards
Required Qualifications
- Active RN license valid in the state of Texas or a compact state
- Experience in Emergency Room and/or Med Surg nursing
- Proficiency with or ability to quickly learn Meditech EMR
- Ability to work night shifts (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience working in a dual ER/Med Surg role or similar combined unit
- Familiarity with Meditech electronic medical records system
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced clinical environment
