Key Responsibilities
- Deliver safe, effective, and quality patient- and family-centered care in a Medical/Surgical setting
- Perform thorough patient assessments and maintain accurate, timely documentation
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members
- Function independently while demonstrating the ability to act rapidly and efficiently in emergency situations
- Maintain a high degree of confidentiality and uphold the mission, vision, and values of the organization
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Maine or compact eligibility
- Strong assessment, communication, and computer skills
- Ability to function independently in a fast-paced clinical environment
- Demonstrated ability to respond rapidly and efficiently in emergency situations
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience in a Medical/Surgical inpatient setting
- Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and clinical documentation platforms
