Occupational Therapist

Contract (15 Weeks) | Days | Monday – Friday | Onsite
Key Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy evaluations and treatments to assigned patients
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records in accordance with facility standards
- Wear a facility-issued photo badge at all times while on site
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support patient care and outcomes
Required Qualifications
- Active Occupational Therapist (OT) license in the state of New Hampshire
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
- Valid state or federal issued photo identification required upon entry to the facility
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior contract or registry experience in a clinical setting
- Strong documentation and time management skills
