Registered Nurse – Infusion
Location
East Norriton, PA | Outpatient Infusion
Schedule / Job Type
Contract | Days | 5×8-Hour Shifts | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM | No weekends | No on-call required
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to adult oncology and hematology patients in an infusion center setting
- Administer chemotherapy, iron infusions, transfusions, and IV fluids per established protocols
- Monitor patients throughout infusion therapy and respond appropriately to adverse reactions or changes in condition
- Document patient care accurately and efficiently using EPIC
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure safe and effective patient outcomes
Required Qualifications
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license required at time of submission
- Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience required
- Infusion center experience required
- Chemotherapy certification required
- Pennsylvania Fingerprinting (Childline) clearance required; must be completed within one week of contract signing
- Must live more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible for travel rates
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Oncology certification preferred
- Experience working with oncology and hematology patient populations
- Familiarity with EPIC electronic health records system
