Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized physical therapy treatment plans
- Deliver skilled physical therapy interventions in accordance with the plan of care
- Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment as clinically appropriate
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support patient outcomes
- Maintain valid state-issued photo identification and wear a photo badge at all times while on site
Required Qualifications
- Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of Maine
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Must present a valid state or federal issued photo identification upon arrival at the facility
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience in a contract or registry staffing capacity
- Strong documentation and communication skills
