Key Responsibilities
- Perform ultrasound imaging procedures on an expected volume of 12–15 patients per day
- Operate Samsung ultrasound equipment within a department utilizing Meditech HIS/RIS and NovaPACS
- Work 3 x 12-hour rotating shifts per week, including rotating on-call nights and weekends
- Participate in rotating on-call coverage every other weekend and rotating holiday on-call
- Collaborate with an offsite radiologist for image interpretation and reporting
- Adhere to facility professional appearance standards while on duty
Required Qualifications
- ARDMS certification with RVT credential required
- AHA BLS certification required
- Ability to work rotating shifts, including on-call nights, weekends, and holidays
- Proficiency or ability to learn Meditech HIS/RIS and NovaPACS systems
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience with Samsung ultrasound equipment
- Experience working with an offsite or teleradiology model
- Ability to manage a moderate-to-high patient volume efficiently
