Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage value analysis initiatives within the Surgical Services department
- Evaluate clinical products, supplies, and technologies to support evidence-based decision-making
- Collaborate with clinical and operational stakeholders to drive cost-effective, quality-focused outcomes
- Support process improvement efforts aligned with surgical services goals and organizational standards
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- Minimum 5 years of experience working in clinical settings
- Demonstrated experience in a managerial or director-level role within a healthcare environment
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience in value analysis, supply chain, or surgical services program management
- Familiarity with clinical product evaluation processes and committee-based review structures
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
