Job Title
Intensive Care Registered Nurse (ICU RN)

Schedule / Job Type
Contract | Night Shift | 4x12s, 1900–0730 | Expected 48 hours/week
Key Responsibilities
- Collect and analyze patient assessment data to determine diagnoses, care issues, and develop individualized care plans
- Implement care plans, coordinate care delivery, and evaluate progress toward patient outcomes
- Collaborate with patients, families, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams to provide safe, patient-centered care
- Supervise and delegate duties to assigned nursing staff, applying critical thinking and independent professional judgment
- Provide health education and information to patients, families, and treatment team members; participate in discharge planning to ensure continuity of care
- May float to the Emergency Department to maintain hours during periods of low census
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor — Required
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification — Required
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification — Required
- Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification — Required
- Minimum of 2 years of recent RN experience; proficiency with EPIC electronic health records required
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
- Minimum 1 year of ICU-specific experience
- Acute care facility background
- Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) certification
