Job Title
Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) / Temporary LNA
Location
Rochester, NH | Skilled Nursing Facility
Schedule / Job Type
Contract (13 Weeks) | Days | Onsite | Every other weekend required
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care and assistance with activities of daily living in a long-term care/skilled nursing facility setting
- Support nursing staff with resident monitoring and documentation
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for residents in accordance with facility standards
- Adhere to all facility policies, including wearing a photo ID badge at all times while on assignment
Required Qualifications
- Active New Hampshire Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) certification required
- Must present a valid state or federal issued photo identification upon arrival at the facility
- Must have completed the original or updated COVID-19 vaccine series, or provide a documented religious and/or medical exemption from employer; additional doses required where mandated by law
- Expected 26 hours per week
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility setting
- Familiarity with geriatric patient care and resident-centered care practices
