Contract | Days | Onsite | Schedules vary and may include primarily weekend shifts or minimal weekend requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Float between multiple hospital facilities across a regional health system, with a primary site prioritized for most of the contract
• Provide labor management, delivery care, fetal monitoring, and postpartum care of mother and newborn
• Adapt to dynamic clinical environments with varying schedules and assignment locations
• Utilize Epic electronic health record system proficiently
• Travel to multiple points of care using a personal automobile as required by assignment
• Perform moderate complexity testing in accordance with College of American Pathologists (CAP) requirements

Required Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered Oregon RN license required at time of submission
• Healthcare Provider Level BLS required
• AHA ACLS, NRP, and NIHSS required
• Minimum 2 years of labor experience including labor management, delivery care, fetal monitoring, and postpartum care of mother and newborn
• Verification of high school diploma or equivalent required
• Epic proficiency required
• Must have access to a personal automobile and be able to travel to multiple care sites

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Fetal Monitoring Certification
• STABLE certification
• Experience working in a float pool or multi-site clinical environment
