Job Title
Physical Therapist (PT) – Travel Contract
Location
Davenport, IA | Acute Care
Schedule / Job Type
Contract | 13 Weeks | Days | Onsite | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat patients in a rehabilitation setting using evidence-based physical therapy practices
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to maximize patient functional outcomes
- Document patient progress, treatment plans, and discharge summaries in accordance with facility and regulatory standards
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate patient care and ensure continuity of treatment
- Educate patients and families on therapeutic exercises, home programs, and injury prevention strategies
Required Qualifications
- Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of Iowa or compact eligibility
- Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience as a Physical Therapist
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Current BLS/CPR certification
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience in an acute care or inpatient rehabilitation environment
- Experience working in a travel or contract therapy role
- Strong documentation and time management skills in a fast-paced clinical setting
