Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) / Speech Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA)

Key Responsibilities
- Provide speech-language therapy services to students across multiple school sites
- Evaluate, assess, and develop individualized treatment plans for students with communication disorders
- Collaborate with educators, staff, and families to support student progress
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes in compliance with school and regulatory requirements
- Adhere to a schedule of up to 7.5 hours per day and 37.5 hours per week
Required Qualifications
- Active Florida SLP or SLPA license or eligibility to obtain
- Relevant state and/or national certification (e.g., CCC-SLP) as applicable
- Ability to work across multiple school locations within the assigned area
- Experience working in a pediatric or school-based setting
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience in a school-based speech-language therapy role
- Familiarity with IEP development and the special education process
- Experience managing a caseload across multiple sites
