Job Title
Travel RN – Medical ICU (Nights)

Schedule / Job Type
Contract | 13 Weeks | Nights, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM | Rotating Weekends | Expected 36 hours/week
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in a Medical ICU setting, with assignments determined according to patient acuity and nurse skill set
- Operate and monitor advanced ICU equipment including ventilators, NXStage, Arctic Sun, and GE Cardiac Output monitors
- Assist with and support bedside procedures including central line placements, thoracentesis, dialysis catheter placements, cardioversions, and intubations
- Document patient care accurately using the Meditech electronic documentation system
- Float to other units as needed per facility policy
- Adhere to facility dress code standards including royal blue scrubs, no artificial nails, and covered body art
Required Qualifications
- Active RN license in the state of Texas — temporary licenses are not accepted
- BLS certification required
- ACLS certification required
- Minimum 2+ years of hospital RN experience
- Prior MICU or MSICU patient care experience
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience with Meditech electronic documentation system
- CCRN certification preferred
- Familiarity with advanced ICU procedures and high-acuity patient populations
