Job Title
Travel RN – Emergency Department (Night Shift)

Schedule / Job Type
Contract | 13-Week Travel Assignment | Nights, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM | Expected 36 hours/week
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in a fast-paced Emergency Department with 19 beds plus a 4-bed psychiatric pod, maintaining a 4:1 patient ratio
- Utilize strong sepsis and stroke assessment and intervention skillsets in a chest pain and stroke certified facility
- Document patient care accurately using the Meditech electronic documentation system
- Operate unit equipment including Hillrom, Stryker, GE, and LifePak defibrillators
- Float as needed to the psychiatric pod or to other system Emergency Departments within the network
Required Qualifications
- Active RN license (applicable to state of practice)
- ACLS certification required
- BLS certification required
- PALS certification required
- CPI certification required
- Minimum 2 years of Emergency Department nursing experience
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working in a chest pain or stroke certified facility
- Familiarity with Meditech documentation system
- Experience with psychiatric patient populations or tele-psych environments
