Registered Nurse – Telemetry (Night Shift)

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver safe patient care utilizing the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation within the Telemetry Unit
- Provide direct patient care within the full scope of RN practice
- Monitor patients via cardiac telemetry and communicate changes in clinical condition, diagnostic results, and symptomatology to the treating physician
- Respond quickly and accurately to changes in patient condition and/or response to treatment
- Direct and guide patient and family teaching as well as the activities of other nursing personnel
- Maintain accountability for the care given to all assigned patients while upholding unit standards of care
Required Qualifications
- Current and valid California RN License
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification required
- EPIC EMR experience required
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Ventilator management experience
- COVID vaccination and booster(s)
