Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat patients in accordance with physical therapy standards of practice
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals
- Monitor and document patient progress throughout the course of treatment
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate patient care
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with facility and regulatory requirements
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Active Physical Therapy license in the state of Michigan
- Current BLS certification (American Heart Association) — must be active prior to start date
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous experience in an outpatient, inpatient, or acute care setting
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for working within a multidisciplinary team
