Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a 24-bed ICU setting managing a diverse and complex patient population including medical, neurological, cardiac, GI, and renal cases
• Care for patients presenting with sepsis, trauma, and post-surgical needs
• Manage complex, high-acuity patients outside of fresh open heart surgery cases
• Maintain patient ratios of 1:1 to 1:3 depending on acuity and census
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of Indiana or a compact state license
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Prior ICU or critical care nursing experience required
• Ability to work night shift hours

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience caring for sepsis, trauma, and complex surgical patients
• Familiarity with neurological and cardiac critical care patient populations
• Experience in a high-acuity, multi-specialty ICU environment
