Contract (13 Weeks) | Night Shift | Rotating Schedule (3 on / 2 off / 2 on / 3 off)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents in a long-term care / skilled nursing facility setting
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and facility protocols
• Monitor and document resident health status, reporting changes to the supervising RN or physician
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to support individualized resident care plans
• Maintain valid state LPN/LVN licensure and adhere to all facility and regulatory compliance requirements

Required Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted LPN or LVN license in the state of Alabama
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Must present a valid state or federal issued photo ID and wear a photo badge at all times while on assignment
• Must have completed the original or updated COVID-19 vaccine series, or be able to present a documented religious and/or medical exemption from employer

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility environment
• Familiarity with rotating shift schedules in a healthcare setting
• Strong documentation and electronic health record (EHR) skills
