Contract | Days | Full-Time | Onsite | 5×8 Hours (8:30–17:00) | Expected 40 hours/week

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients across a variety of case types including orthopedic, neurological, gait and balance, and pain management conditions
• Provide pre- and post-operative surgical rehabilitation services
• Administer therapeutic exercise, therapeutic activities, gait training, and neuromuscular re-education
• Perform manual therapy techniques, soft tissue mobilization, and instrument-guided soft tissue mobilization
• Support work conditioning and work comp cases as needed
• Document patient care accurately using Cerner electronic health records

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist license in Indiana (must be in hand prior to start date; pending licensure may be accepted if permanent application has been submitted)
• BLS certification required
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Physical Therapist
• Must be willing and able to float within the facility or to nearby affiliate locations as required
• Must be available to work 2 out of 3 major holidays

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in an acute care hospital setting
• Familiarity with Cerner charting system
• Experience with instrument-guided soft tissue mobilization techniques
